This piece was heavily inspired by the Comic
"Tank Girl" by Jamie Hewlett and Alan Martin, the song
"Kiss with a Fist" by Florence and The Machine, and a ton of
punk music.
It is a more Cyberpunk futuristic spin on the post-apocalyptic Tank Girl Character, rather than an exact interpretation. I wanted to keep it campy, but with a darker more futuristic twist.

What software did you use?
the bad thing is the darkness that falls unevenly. for example is that a figure next to the girl on the left or not?
the hello kitty tattoo is a nice touch (great catch `0JennxYukina0).
the girl is hot and you definitively have awesome drawing skills, but maybe 'post processing' you go a bit overboard. like i said - a bit too dark, can't really see anything, and yet the girls is well lit.
i'd have made the stop sign upside down not towards the viewer, but it's a minor detail. also would get rid of the dark clod in the top right.
other than that, you do have some nice talent going...
A lot's of details and a real work on the lightning part.
Actually there few things that could be improve quickly for my own.
the STOP pannel look to flat and the perspective look a bit strange.
and IMO the background part is a bit too blurry, and the deviation is a bit too much darker, and you loose details by the way.
By give more light to the dev, you will have more details on the gun
oh and one last thing, in my opinion you should remove the SEX Pistols sticker, it look coming from nowhere
but a really nice job indeed, a lots of details, and a real great quality
