Foxhound Series 2) Vulcan Raven

The path you walk on has no end.
Each step you take is paved
with the corpses of your enemies.

The character "Vulcan Raven"
from the video game "Metal Gear Solid" by Konami.

This is the second in a series of characters from Metal Gear, starting with Foxhound.
My interpretation of the characters, before the events that led up to the Shadow Moses incident in Alaska.

This is very cool man, I always dig your stuff. I really like the POV and the background is great! Since its a WIP, I'll touch on a couple of things Id tweak (none of which you probably havent already thought of). Id add some depth to the texture on the gun, maybe a bump map (or increase if it already has one). He has a really cool expression, but it seems like there needs to be a bit more light on him. Either inceasing the lights to the left/right, or better yet, possible a little bit more ambient light, so you can see the tats a bit better as well.

i dont really know the character but he seems like a bad ass. lol. great dof with the blurred background; i love the colors and the atmosphere. looks like he is having a lot of fun in the tank. nice smoke effects and helicopters. i also like the fact that he is not all nice and clean but rather that he has a lot of dirt and grim on him. it makes it look like he has been at this for a while. great work hun :)

Looks really cool so far, though I'd add a bit more lighting and perhaps some spec boosting for bringing out the reflections.

I was a fun series, pretty far fetched at times but very colorful characters and very entertaining. With some underlining politics through-out.
